1. Introduction

These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) govern your use of our website https://www.allentries.co.uk and all of its sub domains. By using our website, you confirm that you agree to these terms of use in full and that you agree to comply with them. Use of our website includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our website.

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our website, as they will apply to your use of our site. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference.

If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you must not use our website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. By using our website and by agreeing to these terms of use, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Special terms and details:

Payments.
We will pay the monies directly to the organiser on the Thursday or Friday BEFORE the competition date.

The only deductions made from the entry payments are:
Paypal fees: c4.2% + 20p per transaction
AllEntries fee for using the site: £1 per entry.
A £20 registration fee may also be charged.

Amendments to your entry are done by the AllEntries staff and are free.

5.1 You must not:
(a) Use our website in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the performance, availability or accessibility of the website;

6. Data and data protection (GDPR)
6.1 Data entered into paypal for payment for competitions is accessed via the Paypal Account of All Entries. No data is held on our systems relating to bank accounts, payment method, address or personal details.

6.2 Competition entry data is stored by us for the sole purpose of the competition organiser and is removed after the start of the competition.
6.3 Data which is held by the competition organiser is held at their agreement with yourselves which complies with data only necessary to run a safe competition and one which complies with the national and international regulations.

6.4 You have an option to allow All Entries to use you email address only for competition information, You can decide not to allow this by following the information on the website.

7. Refunds
7.1 Because all payments are held on Paypal, refunds will be made after you have made a valid refund request. Payment will be made as soon as the organiser agrees the reason is valid. This is usually within 48hrs of the request, but sometimes may take a little longer.
