Open and Cadet events for each gender will run concurrently so you CANNOT enter both the Open and the Cadet event.

One Round of Poules of 6 and 7 with no cut. Direct elimination without repechage.

Entry Fee: £36 (Late entries £45 at organisers' discretion)

Age: For the Cadet events: Fencers must be at least 11 years and no more than 16 years of age on the 1st January 2019. 2002 to 2006 birthdays inclusive For the Open events: Fencers must be at least 13 years on 1st January 2019

Further Information

Entrants will be automatically allocated to the appropriate event for their age group. If a Cadet specifically wants to compete in the Open event. Enter as normal and email the organiser directly.

For the Cadet events: Fencers must be at least 11 years and no more than 16 years of age on the 1st January 2019. 2002 to 2006 birthdays inclusive
For the Open events: Fencers must be at least 13 years on 1st January 2019.

For the competition closing date; The total maximum Entries is 98 per day.
Entry will close when maximum numbers reached or Sunday 21 October - whichever is the sooner



DIRECTIONS
Use the name of the sports centre not the postcode in mapping apps. Enter campus via West Entrance; turn left at the roundabout, then take 3rd turning left.

Other Information
- All entrants must have Complete (full) British Fencing Membership for the appropriate age group. Membership numbers must be provided with entry and will be checked against the database.
- Joining on the day is not possible.
- Initial seeding will be based on the latest ranking available
- There will be NO equipment stand at the event.
- There may be a personal armoury service available, but not guaranteed.
- There will be limited access to armoury equipment and a vice for personal use.
- It is planned that there will be conductive pistes throughout.
- It is planned that all pistes will be independently refereed.
