The twist...
Competition with Shark Poule, top 14 ranked fencers get pouled together in two poules of 7.
Everyone else will fight poules as normal
When seeding from the poules. Those in the Shark poules will get ranked 1-14. Those in the other poules will get ranked from 14 downwards. Then DEs will be fought as normal.
